Why work with me?

Hello, my name is Zenaida. I’m a woman, mother, wife, and now a certified professional coach. I have been pursuing a degree in Psychology that has taught me about human mind, emotions and behaviors. I combined this knowledge with my personal experiences and coach training to maximize your potential during your journey.

Let’s learn from Psychology. It is the science that studies the mental health and behaviors of the human being and how mental and emotional factors affect the behaviors of a person or group in a certain environment or activity. I had the opportunity to acquire knowledge in Human Growth and Development covering all the processes that a person goes through during life. In other words, transitions, processes that the human being experiences. In Human Relations, I was able to acquire knowledge about attitudes or behaviors of an individual or groups in their work area, the correct way that we should behave with each person in different settings, and how to handle, resolve difficulties and conflicts in work or personal life. Also, in abnormal psychology, I learned about uncommon patterns in emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. And how these patterns affect a person’s ability to perform in daily life.

In my personal life, I have lived many transitions during life, these lived experiences, which I can use as a resource to be able to understand your situations, to help you have clarity and purpose during your process. I went through the divorce process at a young age, I was single for a long period and raising my daughter until I had the opportunity to meet my current husband. Also, I have in my family, people affected with mental and emotional disorders and the challenges that brings to the family. In addition, cancer survivors, and also go through the process of being diagnosed with cancer and going through the transition period of menopause. I know what it is to lose a loved one, the loss of my beautiful mother and my brother-in-law. I know about changes, get out of the comfort zone and face new risks and challenges. Example, returning to study in middle age, changing careers and recently, I decided to start another episode in my life as a professional coach. The transitions I’ve been through, perhaps very similar to yours. We all go through moments where we think that the world stops and that it is too late for a new beginning or challenge. The important thing is to move on, they are all processes that we have to process, heal, and continue walking towards the next day. Remember, every process, change, or conflict will bring a new beginning and purpose to your life. Recognizing that God has given us the individual capacity to fight for ourselves and develop resilience to be able to face any conflict, we may not be able to eliminate the problem, but we can see the problem from another angle in order to get out and survive.

Nowadays, it brings much joy and satisfaction to be a coach and mentor, using my knowledge and experiences to help my clients overcome their situations and redefine themselves. It is very fulfilling to see clients with new motivations, satisfying their needs, going after their dreams and pursuing different goals. I am grateful to God for this amazing opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life. My academic training, life experiences, and personal relationship with God maximizes the power of the process of coaching to help you achieve your individual personal and professional life goals. Let’s start your journey today.

Sincerely, your coach,

Zenaida
